The ASTRA consortium met online for the third time as a whole on 1st July 2021. Partners discussed the progress of the research phase of the project, with the internal ASTRA Research Protocol being developed. All partners were reminded about the collective efforts that are needed regarding the outreach campaign which has its focus on the two partner countries, Laos and Thailand. An internal stakeholders database has been created with relevant contacts of Higher Education stakeholders in both partner countries.
